Cruz Culture – Mission Statement

We are a global organization known for embracing cultures from around the world for the betterment of our planet. Our mission is to innovate viable solutions for issues the world never knew existed. Our solutions set the standard for innovation in every industry we touch delivering the highest quality and level of support possible.

Cruz Culture – Who We Are

Cruz Culture is located in Santa Cruz, California. Our founder and partners were all raised in the Monterey Bay area. The Santa Cruz culture runs through our veins and our innovations flourish in the collaborative environment that has been nurtured here for so long.

We are committed to being a positive contributing member to our community, culture, industry, and most importantly our planet. We re-use as many consumable products as possible. We recycle heavily and often times re-purpose items to extend their functional life and to keep them out of our landfills. We enjoy giving back and have made donations of all kinds to non-profits like CAN-DO, 1% For the Planet, and Santa Cruz Veterans Alliance, to name a few.   

While we manufacture products all over the world, we are constantly spending money in our local community to help support local families. We’ve donated products and merchandise to support fundraisers for several local community members who were in need of funds for their medical care. We are responsible for connecting local Santa Cruz companies with suppliers overseas, allowing them to expand their businesses in ways that wouldn’t have otherwise been possible.

As we grow our business we plan to grow our philanthropic umbrella proportionately.

Every culture has its strengths and weaknesses. Instead of limiting business relationships with certain cultures based on century old stereotypes, we’ve embraced the cultures across our planet. We’ve travelled the globe and spent time learning the ways we can mutually benefit each other’s local economies. These deep rooted relationships are the foundation of our success.

Promoting the good spirit within each culture around the globe will continue to lead us to more fruitful experiences. We will translate these experiences into the Cruz Culture.
